Perfect roasted garlic

Use a high quality olive oil, add a little sea salt and put the garlic bulb(s) in. In 30 minutes you have absolutely perfect roasted garlic - as good or better than any restaurant, anywhere.

You Gotta Buy This

Throw out all the old garlic roasters you have and get this automatic electric one. It is fool proof. Instructions: Put in some olive oil & salt. Cut the top off to bare the cloves and put upside down in roaster. Close lid and press button. In 27 minutes you will have the best roasted garlic ever. The roasted cloves just squeeze right out. Capacity is 3 medium heads or 2 1/2 large heads. Now, my favorite is to use butter instead of the olive oil. Yum – Yum

Love It...Love It...

Dang,,,,sure wish you had the black that is now out. I may have to give mine away and buy another. So, get the black in..... Best Garlic.... YUMMMMM....... Much better than the oven-crock style. And, cooking these makes the house smell soooooooooooooooooooo good.

I'm not gadget-y, but this is great!

I don't normally use a lot of electronics in the kitchen-- hardly even a blender, so this is a rarity for me, but I love it. I am a huge fan of roasted garlic, but also live in Florida, where it's a BAD idea to have your oven going during about half the year. This machine roasted 3 bulbs to creamy perfection with no scorching and the outside of the roaster was only a little warm to the touch. And clean up was just a few seconds. Also, I have the terracotta-colored machine and it looks downright cute on the counter.

Not necessary but fun and useful

You can roast garlic in the oven with great results making this more of a convenience than a necessity. I am also an admitted kitchen gadget fiend and basically want/have one of just about everything. However, knowing this about myself doesn't change the benefits of this product.

1. Easy and quick to use. The entire process from start to finish takes 30 minutes, 27 minutes of that is the cooking process - 3 minutes of your time to prep the garlic.

2. Compact machine doesn't take up a lot of storage space and looks nice sitting on the counter if you want to leave it out.

3. Doesn't require the use of a larger oven. This keeps your kitchen cool if the weather is warm and keeps your oven free if you are making a large dinner.

4. Roasted garlic is lower in calories than butter. I use less oil than the instructions call for with no negative results.

So if you can get over storing one more small appliance this is a pretty good thing to have. I also plan on giving these as gifts this holiday season with a bottle of fabulous olive oil and a garlic rope to our friends "who have everything."

An easy way to roast garlic.

"I love roasted garlic, especially served with roasted meats. You can roast garlic in a slow oven, but now there's a new device that will roast garlic right on your countertop. It's called The Roasted Garlic Express and it will roast three bulbs of garlic in just 27 minutes. This will not only save you time, but you won't have to fire up the oven needlessly. The Roasted Garlic Express has a non-stick interior for easy clean-up, and it shuts off automatically, so you can leave the garlic roasting without watching it. And, the device is actually shaped like a bulb of garlic, so you‚ll never mistake it for a citrus juicer."
